6 weeks in and the difference is real. No jitters, no crash, just clean energy all day. I am 17 and stacking this with good sleep and I swear I have grown a bit too. Hard to measure exactly but my friends have commented.

Genuinely struggle to swallow these, they are huge. Have to break them open and mix with water which is a pain.
